3. We will inform you of what documents that we will need to complete your transaction.
You will either fax or overnight us copies of the documents we have requested
along with the signed sale agreement.
4. We review all the documentation you submitted in a process called due diligence.
During this process we will order a BPO or appraisal, order title work, and
any other required documents.
5. Closing documents are sent to you at the closing agent of your choice, usually
a title company in your area. You will sign the documents and surrender the
original documents. Title Company will hand you a check and the transaction
will be complete.
